Terms and Conditions

Version: September 2026

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop pleasura.ch (hereinafter "Pleasura", "we"). By submitting an order, you accept these terms and conditions. Deviating terms only apply if we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Age restriction

Our range is intended exclusively for adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline orders without giving reasons, in particular in the event of unavailability, obvious pricing errors, or reasonable suspicion of misuse.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT. The price shown at the time of ordering is decisive. Shipping costs and any small-order surcharge are shown separately during checkout before completion of the order (see section 5). Price changes, promotions and discounts may be adjusted at any time without notice; discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping costs and small-order surcharge

The following conditions apply to deliveries within Switzerland (based on the order value after any discounts):

  • Order value from CHF 99: delivery free of charge.
  • Order value from CHF 49 to CHF 98.99: flat shipping fee of CHF 8.50.
  • Order value under CHF 49: flat shipping fee of CHF 8.50 plus a small-order surcharge of CHF 15.00. The small-order surcharge covers the disproportionate cost of packaging, processing and shipping small orders. It is shown transparently in the cart and at checkout before purchase and is removed once the order value reaches CHF 49.

For deliveries abroad, the flat shipping fee is CHF 15.00. Any customs duties, import charges and taxes of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Gift promotions

From an order value of CHF 149, you can choose a free gift in your cart from our gift selection, and from CHF 249 a premium gift. One gift is granted per order. Gifts are voluntary extras with no cash value, available while stocks last and not combinable with other promotions. In the event of a return that reduces the order value below the relevant threshold, the gift must be returned as well or will be charged at its regular sale price.

7. Payment

Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods offered there (including credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is charged when the order is completed. The goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Delivery

We deliver within 7 calendar days after receipt of payment within Switzerland. All shipments are sent discreetly in plain packaging with no indication of the contents; a neutral sender name appears on the credit card statement. Delivery times are non-binding estimates. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.

9. Returns and exchanges

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases in Switzerland. We voluntarily grant a 30-day return period from receipt of the goods for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products (in particular toys, lubricants, cosmetics, lingerie and condoms) are excluded from returns. Returns must be announced in advance by email; return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of incorrect delivery or defects. You'll find details in our right of withdrawal.

10. Warranty and liability

Please report damaged or incorrect deliveries within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund the purchase price. Statutory warranty applies to defects; manufacturer warranties are subject to their respective terms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; liability for indirect and consequential damages is excluded.

11. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Pleasura's registered office in Switzerland.

13. Contact

We are happy to answer questions about these terms and conditions via our contact form. Information about the provider can be found in the legal notice.
